Royals, sports, weather – everything was covered in the weekly
session!
• He checks the needs of the participants each lesson (“Do you want
to discuss any specific topics? Should we do some listening
exercises? Do you need support and training in presentation
techniques?” And so on...)
• Ziad is very good moderator of discussions within the group
• Ziad uses all common possibilities to set up an interesting lesson, e.g. video or interactive work with printouts.
• Ziad is a very pleasant teacher and it was never boring to listen to him.

Through our company, we have received English courses from various providers and therefore also lecturers. Ziad has been the best. He managed to make the lessons interesting and always relevant to current topics, both work-related and general. We talked a lot and he was able to lure even the most reticent colleagues out of their shells. He communicated corrections to grammar, pronunciation, sentence structure etc. in a discreet and comprehensible manner. We always had the feeling that we had learnt something and improved. The other course participants and I always looked forward to the 1.5 hours per week, despite the interruption to our work. The lesson time with him was always "worth it".
