Bio
My training approach is built on the idea that focusing on each step of the process is fundamental to achieving results in both business and life. We live in a results oriented society that creates a mindset that focuses too much on achieving results which by it's very nature creates unecessary anxiety and stress that inevitably is the biggest reason that keeps people from achieving their desired results. My training works to eliminate the fear and anxiety that people create themselves. I have taught thousands of people over the last 15 years and I have become quite adept at identifying what someone needs. I have created courses to help people reframe things holding them back.

The Lesson in the Blame: Turning a work place Humiliation into a "Thank You"??
Every painful moment is a teacher in disguise. It's not the embarrassment that defines you—it's what you do with the pain. This is a true story of getting publicly blamed and humiliated by the boss…..oh, by the way, It was the Boss who made the mistake, but a young hard worker who got blamed….
Ken's Dilemma: When Blame Shifts Unfairly
Ken prepared a presentation with budget data his boss provided and personally reviewed. During the client meeting, a client pointed out the data was outdated.
Instead of taking responsibility, Ken's boss publicly blamed him for the mistake, causing embarrassment and frustration.
"It wasn't my fault! I followed his instructions. He approved everything! Yet, I'm the one humiliated in front of the clients."
A Surprising Perspective: The Gift in Criticism
"You have no reason to feel sad. In fact, you should be thanking your boss... He gave you one of the most amazing gifts anyone could ever receive."
— Louman, Ken's English tutor
This counterintuitive advice challenges us to see criticism and unfair blame not as setbacks but as valuable learning opportunities that can transform our approach to work and life.
The Hidden Lessons in Unfair Blame
Verify All Information
Always double-check critical information, even if it comes from a superior. Taking this extra step protects both you and your work.
Take Full Ownership
When you know you've thoroughly verified everything, you'll feel confident no matter what happens during presentations or meetings.
Learn From Others' Weaknesses
Don't let others' shortcomings define your actions. Instead, use them as examples of what to avoid in your own professional conduct.
Transforming Embarrassment into Growth
The Power of Reframing
Embarrassing moments are opportunities for growth. They teach you what to avoid in the future and how to handle similar situations better.
True strength comes from accepting responsibility and improving yourself, regardless of who's at fault.
"Maybe this wasn't a failure—it was a gift."
Step-by-Step Guide: Preventing Future Mistakes
Gather Information Thoroughly
When given data or materials for a project, ask for the source and verify that it's up-to-date.
Double-Check All Details
Review all information independently. Cross-reference with reliable sources or team members if needed.
Communicate Proactively
If you notice any discrepancies, bring them up before the meeting or presentation.
Preparing for Success: Beyond Basic Verification
Prepare for Questions
Anticipate what the client or audience might ask and be ready with accurate answers.
Document Everything
Keep records of who provided the data and when it was approved. This protects you if accountability is questioned later.
Reflect and Improve
After every project, evaluate what went well and what could be better. Use every experience as a stepping stone.
Focus on Personal Growth, Not Others' Mistakes
Don't dwell on others' mistakes or unfair treatment. Instead, channel that energy into becoming the most reliable and competent version of yourself.
"From where I'm sitting, you're about to take this experience and become unstoppable."
The Strength in Accountability
When we take full ownership of our work—including verifying information we didn't create—we build a reputation for reliability and excellence.
This approach transforms us from victims of circumstance into architects of our own success, regardless of others' actions.
The most respected professionals aren't those who never make mistakes, but those who take responsibility and continuously improve.
Key Takeaways: The Gift in Every Challenge
Verify Everything
Take personal responsibility for the accuracy of all information you present, regardless of its source.
Reframe Setbacks
See embarrassing moments and criticism as valuable lessons that make you stronger and more prepared.
Focus Forward
Rather than dwelling on unfair treatment, channel your energy into personal growth and excellence.
Remember: "Every painful moment is a teacher in disguise. It's not the embarrassment that defines you—it's what you do with the lesson."
