Lois is a highly experienced bilingual Executive Coach and Team Coach, Leadership & Organization Effectiveness Consultant, and Corporate Trainer/Facilitator, originally from China. She was ranked as the top 15 coaches in Shanghai by the international coaching media “Influence Digest+ Media”. With over 10 years of coaching experience and more than 3000 coaching hours, Lois has worked with over 300 leaders from diverse backgrounds, including multinational corporations (MNCs) and startups worldwide.
Previously, Lois held executive positions in renowned Fortune 500 companies, including the world's largest global oil and gas company ExxonMobil, where she spent 15+ years successfully leading significant transformations such as Regional/Global Business Transformations and Merger & Acquisitions (M&A). Her executive responsibilities encompassed roles as a Regional/Global HR Business Partner, Regional Talent Development Manager, and Global M&A Project Leader. Notably, she led a diverse HR team across AP virtually and achieved a successful business sale in Hong Kong. She is now the founder and CEO of Chosen Consulting providing innovative solutions on leadership development and organization effectiveness for corporate clients all over the world.
With a wealth of experience spanning two decades, Lois specializes in business partnering, executive coaching, leadership and organization consulting, as well as workshop design and facilitation. Her areas of expertise include talent strategy, change management, team effectiveness, and organization development.
Having studied, worked, and traveled in over 30 countries, Lois possesses a unique international perspective and an inclusive mindset, which greatly contributes to her ability to assist leaders in succeeding in global roles and navigating cross-cultural contexts.
Lois has an extensive background in designing and implementing leadership programs, as well as facilitating a wide range of workshops.
