Bio
I am a workshop leadership coach as well as a blended learning coach. Most uniquely, I work in real time (IRT) to codesign within any delivery format to meet the company needs to elevate emerging leaders, team leaders or relevant senior/strategic leadership content.
I started as an emerging leader at Frito-lay, climbing the ladder to general manager at PepsiCo, Denver—learning what it meant to drive results at scale. That path led me into the world of professional sports as President of the Colorado Avalanche and Denver Nuggets and eventually to founding an early stage SaaS platform for large-scale event management. I raised professional seed funds and developed a Saas workflow MVP.
In 2012, I earned my coaching credential and made a shift that changed everything.
Now, I work with emerging and seasoned leaders alike—helping them navigate the same inflection points across the business contexts I faced. It’s been deeply rewarding to coach from evidenced based frameworks and experience, especially when guiding ambitious leaders through the transition from strong executors to strategic, inspiring influencers.
Subsequent to my coach training, I have continue my studies year after year to include the Leadership Circle 360, EMCC Group Coaching, ISEI Emotional Intelligence, VeDA Adult Development and the Enneagram.
