Bio
As a qualified English teacher with a degree in Film and Psychology and over a decade of
international teaching experience, I bring both passion and adaptability to the classroom. I’ve
taught in Austria, Korea, and Taiwan, working with learners of all ages and abilities—from
complete beginners to advanced-level students—both in groups and one-to-one.
Throughout my career, I’ve prepared students for a range of exams, including IELTS and
BEC, and taught professionals at major international companies such as Taipower, Siemens
and Volksbank. I particularly enjoy creating a positive and structured learning environment
that encourages student confidence and engagement.
My time living and working in Asia has shaped me both personally and professionally. After
teaching in Vienna, I moved to Taiwan and later Korea, eventually returning to Taiwan, which
feels like home. I’m experienced in both in-person and online teaching, and I genuinely enjoy
supporting learners in achieving their goals.
From 2017 to 2025, I worked as a Marketing and Content Manager for a Silicon
Valley-based tech company. This role strengthened my communication, digital literacy, and
organizational skills—qualities that I bring into the classroom to enhance my teaching with
engaging, relevant, and modern content.
Fluent in English and conversational in Spanish (B2), I’m also learning Mandarin. I take pride
in being dependable, culturally adaptable, and enthusiastic about helping students thrive.
