Professor Dr. Saleena Shad Gil is an accomplished academic, researcher, and consultant with over 15 years of international experience in higher education, corporate training, and educational development. Currently serving as Associate Editor at AITU Journal and Reviewer at Academia, she has built a career dedicated to advancing teaching, learning, and professional development across diverse global contexts.
Dr. Gil holds a Ph.D. in Education from the American International Theism University (AITU), complemented by advanced studies at Harvard University, Oxford University, Sheffield Hallam University, and the University of Cambridge. Her expertise lies in TESOL, business communication, education management, curriculum design, and international development, with a focus on empowering learners through communicative, learner-centered methodologies.
She has taught and trained across the UK, Saudi Arabia, China, and remotely worldwide, including roles as Professor of TESOL and Business, English Lecturer, and Corporate Trainer. Her experience spans universities, vocational colleges, corporate environments, and international consultancies, where she has designed curricula, delivered innovative training programs, and supervised postgraduate research.
